New York Post Was Hacked In A Major Way
After several inflammatory articles and tweets were published to the website and Twitter account of the New York Post, one of NYC's popular daily newspapers, it has been verified that they were hacked.
Some of the worst article edits called for "asassination" on public figures like the son of the President, Hunter Biden, and congressional woman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and some had racial tones to it like the headline "Zeldin: Eric Adams is NYC's fried chicken eating monkey"
Someone apparently took advantage of the New York Post's content management system to wrongfully alter headlines on published stories. The trashy tweets were sent out by SocialFlow, a commonly used website plugin that pushes stories onto social media sites. The tweets likewise had links leading to web pages on the Post's website; however, those pages were no longer accessible when this was written.
